Southi Mobile

Southi Mobile is tucked away right near the Mangalwar Paintnagreshwar Market here in Sakinaka. If you know the Jama Masjid Gali, you know how busy it gets around here. It is just one of those shops on Kherani Road in Andheri East where things are always moving. We have been in this spot for a while now, dealing with all the noise and the people passing by every day. It gets pretty crowded during the market hours, especially on Tuesdays, but that is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. The shop is not anything fancy. It is just a regular place where we handle mobile stuff. You walk in and see phones, chargers, and parts lying around because there is always something to fix or look at. It is hot most days. The fans are always spinning. We usually have the door open to catch whatever breeze comes through the lane. People stop by to ask questions or just to see what is new. It is a lot of work keeping up with everything, but being in the middle of the market keeps us busy. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever comes across the counter. It is a practical life here in Sakinaka, and we are just a small part of this whole big market mess.
