Roshan Food Products

We are based out in Khudaj Village, which falls under the Sengaon Post Office area in the Hingoli district. Our place, Roshan Food Products, is quite close to the railway station, so we hear the trains passing by all the time. It’s a quiet village life for the most part, but things get busy at the workshop. We started this because there wasn't much else going on in the immediate area and we wanted to do something productive. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can store our supplies and get the work done. We deal with the local weather, which can get pretty rough during the monsoon, making the roads a bit of a challenge. But we manage to keep things moving. Most of the people working here are from the nearby houses, so it feels more like a group of friends than a formal staff. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything. If something needs to be fixed, we fix it ourselves. If a customer has a question, they just come by and ask. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We just focus on showing up every morning and putting in a full day's labor. There’s no secret to it, just keeping the rhythm of the village and the station nearby. It isn't perfect, but it works for us and our families.
