Mohananand Earthmovers is located over at the Nahad Shirad unit in the Basmat area of Hingoli. It is a bit out of the way, but that is where the work is for people like us who handle heavy equipment. We spend most of our time dealing with dirt, rocks, and big machines that move them. Our setup isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we keep things running. In Hingoli, there is always something being built or some land being prepped for farming, so we stay pretty active. We aren't into big marketing or anything like that. People around here just know us because they see our machines working on the side of the road or in a neighbor's field. Sometimes the machines get stuck or a hydraulic line leaks, and we have to spend the afternoon getting greasy fixing it. That’s just the reality of this business. It is a lot of long hours and dusty clothes. We like being based in Nahad Shirad because it’s central to the areas we serve. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the controls. We try to be fair with people and just do what we said we would do. It’s a simple way of living and working, and it seems to suit us just fine. There is something satisfying about seeing a project finished and the ground cleared.
