Healthy Crumbs Private Limited

Healthy Crumbs Private Limited is located over at P No 114/113 in CIDCO II, right in Tisgaon. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. The area is a bit dusty because of all the new work happening nearby, but inside, we keep things as clean as we can for the baking. We usually start quite early, before the sun is even fully up, because that’s when the air is coolest. You can hear the ovens clicking on and the sound of the mixers starting. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure the crumbs and bakes are coming out right. We don’t really do much advertising or anything. Most people around here just know us because they see the vans leaving in the morning. The building itself is plain, just like the others on this stretch of the TQ area. We spend a lot of time cleaning up flour and checking the temperatures. Sometimes the electricity acts up, which is a real headache when you have things in the oven, but we’ve learned to deal with it. We keep a notebook on the main desk to track everything because the computer is a bit slow and unreliable. It’s just honest work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the work, and head home once the last batch is finally packed away and the counters are all wiped down for tomorrow.
