Golden Kirana

We started Golden Kirana over in Jawahar Colony, which sits right on Nanded Road. It is a simple, small shop located in the District of Hingoli. Most of the people who come in to buy things live right here in the colony with us. We carry the basic everyday items that people need for their kitchens and their homes. It is not a large place by any means, but we manage to pack a lot of variety into the small space we have. You will see big bags of pulses and rows of oil tins lined up against the wooden walls. We spend a good portion of our day just chatting with the neighbors who drop by for a few small things they forgot to buy earlier. Sometimes we stay open a little bit later if we see that people are still out and about in the evening. Nanded Road can get quite noisy with all the trucks and cars passing through Hingoli, but inside the shop, it is usually just the sound of the ceiling fan. We have been in this spot long enough that we know most people by their first names and we remember what they usually like to buy. We do not have any fancy neon signs or big modern displays. It is just a regular kirana store. We try to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone. The shelves are a bit old now, but they still hold everything just fine.
