BABA UGALE NIDHI LIMITED

We are based out of Jaradgaon in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna. The office is located care of Shri Ugale Sopan Bhujangrao. It’s a local setup, very much tied to the community here. Jalna is known for its business, but Jaradgaon is a bit more relaxed. We have our small space where we keep all the files and documents. It’s not a high-tech office with fancy computers everywhere. We use what we have and focus on the task at hand. Usually, there’s a bit of a crowd on market days, but otherwise, it’s a steady flow of local people. We handle the paperwork for the Nidhi and make sure everything is recorded properly in the books. It’s a lot of manual work, sitting at the desk and writing things down. The weather can be tough, especially when it’s dry, but we have a good spot in the shade. We aren't doing anything flashy. It’s just about being there when people come in with questions. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of the locals recognize us. We don't have a big staff, just enough people to keep the lights on and the doors open. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like this. We just keep moving along, day by day, without much drama. That's how we manage things.
