We are located in Chafnath, which is part of the Sandas post in Kalamnuri. You can find us at house number 100, which belongs to Vitthalrao Shambhaji Chautmal. It’s a quiet village setting. We aren't some big industrial factory with smoke stacks. It’s a small private company focused on agro products. Most of the time, the area is very calm, with just the sounds of the goats and the occasional tractor passing by on the dirt road. We work out of a basic building that doesn't have any air conditioning. It gets pretty hot during the summer months in Hingoli district. Our day usually starts very early before the sun gets too high. We deal with whatever the local farmers bring in. It might be turmeric or cotton depending on the time of year and the harvest. There’s a lot of dust and it can get quite messy when we are moving stock around the small warehouse area. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a salesperson. If you want to know about us, you just come by and have a chat over some water. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the produce and making sure the bags are weighed correctly on the old scales. It’s just us and a couple of helpers from the neighborhood. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and help the local community get their goods to market. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. It keeps us busy enough.
