Prime Hospital

Down in Pilakavanipalem, things move at their own pace. Our hospital is tucked in here, and we’ve become a regular part of the daily life for people in this area. It isn't a massive place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a functional building where we get things done. We see a lot of the same families coming in over the years. You get to know people’s names and their stories after a while. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit cramped when it’s busy, and the air feels a bit heavy when the weather is hot, but we keep the fans going and keep working. Our staff is mostly from around here, so we speak the same way as everyone else. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re better than anyone. If someone is sick, we look at them and see what can be fixed. It’s simple, really. There are days when it’s a struggle to keep up with everything, but we manage. We’ve had to fix things in the building ourselves sometimes, like a leaky tap or a stuck door. It’s all part of running a local place. We don’t do much marketing because word of mouth is what keeps us going. If we do a decent job, people tell their cousins or friends. That’s enough for us. We just keep the lights on and help whoever walks in.
