Neilsoft

Working out of Malkapuram here in Visakhapatnam is quite a different experience compared to the big cities. We are located at M.I.G. 1/43 in the Gullalapalem area. The air always has that slight salty feel to it because the coast isn't too far off. It gets pretty humid during the summer months, and our small office space becomes a bit of a sanctuary once the coolers are on. People around here know the Malkapuram Post area well; it’s a busy spot with lots of movement. Most mornings involve navigating the local traffic which can be a bit chaotic near the industrial zones. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just our quiet corner at Neilsoft where we do what we do. The office itself is modest. We have some old chairs and a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. Lunch usually means someone bringing extra pickles from home to share. It is a very local vibe, far from those polished corporate offices you see in magazines. We talk about the local news and the weather more than anything else. Visakhapatnam has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it nicely over the years. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about being here and keeping the wheels turning every day. The sunsets near the port are something else though, even if we usually only see them from the window before heading home.
