We are set up at 63-4-3 in Pavanaputra Nagar, which is part of the Sriharipuram area in Visakhapatnam. Being here in Andhra Pradesh, we deal with the coastal heat and the humidity every single day. The office is located in a spot that feels quite local, surrounded by the usual life of Vizag. At Larsen & Tourbro, we don't really go in for the big corporate polish. Our space is functional, filled with the sound of fans and the occasional noise from the street outside. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this building. It’s a place where engineers and supervisors meet up before heading out to the ports or the industrial zones. There’s always a bit of sand in the hallway and the smell of the sea isn't too far off. We keep a simple routine. We start early to beat the worst of the sun, and there is usually a lot of talk about the local projects over coffee. It isn't a high-rise office; it’s just a solid, practical building where the work actually happens. We’ve become a part of the Pavanaputra Nagar community over time. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a real sense of being a local business despite the big name on the door. It’s just how we operate in this corner of the country, focusing on the tasks at hand and getting home at a reasonable hour.
