Grand Genie

Grand Genie is situated at 27/8/639 in the Peddireddy Palli area of Hindupur. It’s a bit out of the way if you aren’t from this side of town. The building is an older one and has its share of quirks. The front door sticks every time it rains, and the roof makes some funny noises when the wind picks up. Despite the big name, we are actually quite a small operation. We handle various tasks and supplies that people in the neighborhood need. It is mostly just a few of us working here every day. We don't have a huge sign or a flashy storefront. Most folks find us because their neighbor told them where we were. The morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to be sorted for the day. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the back to keep things from being too quiet. Sometimes the neighbor's dog wanders in to see what we are doing. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't into those high-pressure sales tactics or corporate meetings. If someone needs something, we see if we have it. If we don't, we tell them where else they might look. We just want to be helpful to the people in Hindupur. It’s a steady life. We aren't trying to become a huge chain. We just like being part of the local community and doing our part. It works for us.
