Thermal Covers Company

Thermal Covers Company is based at Plot No 19 in Gidc Motipura. If you know Gujarat, you know how hot it gets, and that is basically why we exist. We make covers that help manage heat for different industrial uses. The GIDC area in Motipura is quite large, and our plot has enough room for us to spread out the heavy fabrics we work with. It takes a lot of space to cut and stitch these things because they are often quite big. We have heavy-duty sewing machines that make a lot of noise, and the people operating them have to be really careful with the thick material. It’s a dusty environment, and the smell of industrial textiles is always in the air. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a group of us who know how to handle these materials. Some days are slow when we are waiting for a new roll of fabric to arrive, and other days we are working late to finish a big order. We see a lot of trucks coming in from the main highway to pick up finished goods. The layout of our place is pretty simple—storage in one corner, cutting in the middle, and sewing near the windows for better light. It isn't a glamorous job, but these covers are necessary for the plants around here. We just focus on getting the measurements right.
