Our facility is right off the Vijapur Highway in Dedhrota. Being on the highway is great for our logistics, though it can get quite loud with the trucks passing by at all hours. Sanjar Pharma Llp is based here in a building that we’ve modified over time to fit our needs. Dedhrota is a small place, so most people in the area know where we are. We have a simple gate and a gravel driveway. The main work area is large and open, which helps with keeping things organized. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s mostly just the people on the floor and a couple of us in the office. We deal with the pharmaceutical side of things every day. The highway makes it easy for our suppliers to find us without getting lost in backstreets. Sometimes the wind picks up across the open fields nearby and blows a bit of sand around, but we keep the interior sealed up tight. We’ve got a small breakroom where we eat our lunch. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don't go for anything fancy or polished. We just make sure the orders are filled and the quality is where it needs to be. It’s regular, honest work on the edge of the highway. We’ve stayed in Dedhrota because it works for us and we know the local community well. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that is how we like to keep things around here.
