Down on the Shamlaji Bhiloda Road, right in the heart of Bhiloda, you’ll find our college. It is a place where we focus on the B.Ed course for people who want to become teachers in Sabarkantha. The building is a familiar sight for anyone traveling through this part of Gujarat. Summers here get really hot, so the fans are always going in the classrooms. It is a busy environment because students are constantly working on assignments or talking about education theories in the hallways. Our library is a quiet corner, usually the best place for serious work. The staff is small, and we mostly handle the teaching and office work ourselves without much fuss. It doesn't feel like a big corporate institution. Instead, it’s more like a local school where everyone eventually knows each other. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with, as you’d expect with any college. Students spend many hours getting ready for their practical training in the nearby village schools. It is honest work, helping people get their qualifications so they can start their careers. Sometimes the internet acts up or the water cooler breaks, but we just fix things and keep going. The road outside is always full of trucks heading toward Shamlaji. We have been here for a good while now and just continue our routine every single semester.
