Rudra Tours Travels

Rudra Tours Travels sits in No. 20 Rajmahal Plaza Complex. It’s on Shkarijin Road which is always crowded with people and traffic. Our office is a bit small but it fits what we need. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street outside. Phones ring a lot here. Mostly it’s people asking about bus timings or car rentals for weddings. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure they know where to go. Sometimes a driver calls saying there is a flat tire and then we have to scramble. It’s a bit of a headache but that’s the travel business for you. We have a few maps pinned to the wall and a calendar that is marked up with scribbles. The furniture is getting a bit old now. We drink a lot of chai to stay awake during the long shifts. Customers come in, sit on the plastic chairs, and wait while we check the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to chat with them to pass the time. We try to be honest about the road conditions. Shkarijin Road is a good spot for us because everyone knows the plaza. It’s easy to find. We don't do anything fancy, just organize trips and hope the weather stays good for the passengers. It’s a busy life here at the plaza with people coming and going all day.
