We are over at Plot No. 118 Gidc. Narendra Packaging Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. The area is always humming with activity from the other units, but we just stick to our corner. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our machinery set up to handle the daily load, and there’s usually a bit of a mess near the scrap bin. That’s life in a packaging unit. You won't find any shiny showrooms here. It’s mostly just us, the rolls of material, and the steady rhythm of the floor. We spend our mornings sorting through what needs to go out and our afternoons making sure everything is loaded up. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up during the afternoon break. It's a simple setup at Gidc. Sometimes the power goes out, or a machine needs a bit of grease, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just make sure the boxes are sturdy and the orders are correct. If you come by, watch out for the forklifts because they’re always moving. It’s a loud place, but we like the noise. It means we’re busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but Plot No. 118 stays pretty much the same. We have a routine that works for us. Every morning we check the machinery and make sure we have enough material for the day's run.
