Montage Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Idar Road in the area of Dhandha. It is a very direct spot to find since we are right off the main road. If you are driving down Idar Road, you can’t really miss the turn for Dhandha. We operate a laboratory here, but it’s not like those futuristic ones you see on television. It’s a practical, working lab where we get things tested and processed. The building is sturdy and built for function over looks. Because we are on the road, we get a lot of trucks and vehicles passing by all day, so it’s never really quiet. We have a small team of technicians and office staff who have been with us for a while. We don't spend time writing mission statements or having team-building retreats. We just focus on the samples and the data. The Dhandha area is quite dusty and industrial in some parts, but it’s where we need to be. We have all our equipment set up and we just go about our business every day. It’s a no-nonsense environment. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break room. We’re just a group of people working at Montage Laboratories, trying to do a good job on Idar Road.
