Plot No. 5 is where we set up shop. It’s a straightforward place without any of the bells and whistles you see in those big city offices. We don't have a lobby or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just a workspace where we handle our daily tasks. Most of the time, the floor is covered in whatever we are working on that day. We keep the tools hung up on the wall, though they don't always stay there for long. We’ve been in this location for a bit, and the neighbors are all pretty much doing the same kind of thing as us. We share a common wall with another unit, so we hear their machines as much as our own. It’s a busy environment but we’ve found our own rhythm. We don't use any complicated software to run the place. A simple notebook and a calculator usually do the trick for our planning. We handle the lifting, the packing, and the loading ourselves. It keeps us moving and makes the day go by faster. When things get quiet in the afternoon, we might take a longer break, but usually, there's always something that needs fixing or moving. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the stuff out the door like we said we would. It’s just us, some basic equipment, and the work at hand.
