Acc Limited

This particular spot for Acc Limited is a bit unique because it’s based out of Sainik Colony in Jammu. We’re at C 473, and it’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being at a factory. Ajay Sharma and Suraj Prakash Sharma are the names you’ll hear around here. It’s a more personal setup than a big warehouse or a factory floor. We handle things from this house, which makes the whole operation feel much more grounded. Jammu has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. We don't have a big neon sign out front or a receptionist. If you come by, you’re basically walking into a home that’s been converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable, there’s usually some snacks on the table, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just us taking care of the tasks that come our way. The weather in J&K can be unpredictable, but we’re used to it. We just keep the heaters on in winter and the fans going in summer. Most of our work involves local coordination and making sure things are moving as they should in this region. It’s a small team, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. We’re just neighbors doing our job in the colony and making sure everything is right.
