Autozone

Autozone is parked right along National Highway 22 in Chuhabagh. We’re part of the Highway Service Station, so we see a lot of people who are tired from long drives. The wind carries the sound of the highway inside all day long. It’s a rough and ready kind of place. We have our tools, our spare parts, and not much else. There’s a lot of grease on the floor and the walls have seen better days, but that’s the reality of working on vehicles all day. Chuhabagh is a quiet enough spot until you get close to the road. We spend a lot of time outside on the asphalt, even when the sun is beating down or the rain is blowing in sideways. It’s the kind of work that leaves your clothes stained and your hands calloused. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know our way around an engine. We don’t bother with fancy talk or uniforms. You come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see if we can get you back on the road. The service station has its own flow, with people stopping for fuel and then realizing they need something else looked at. We’re just there to handle that side of things. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from sunrise until the highway lights come on at night.
