RAVINDRA AND ADITYA VAISHNAVI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Sadamakala, within the Petarwar area. We operate out of House Number 97, which belongs to Kashi Nath Mahto. It is a very personal setup, almost like an extension of the home. We don’t have a big neon sign or a lobby. Usually, you’ll find Ravindra or Aditya or one of the guys sitting on the porch talking about the latest project. Being in Petarwar means we work in a lot of the surrounding villages and smaller towns. We know the terrain well, from the rocky patches to the places that flood when the rain gets heavy. Our days are filled with the sound of tractors and the smell of wet concrete. We don't really have a marketing department. If we do a good job, people tell their cousins, and that’s how we get more work. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things. We handle the paperwork in the evenings after the sun goes down and the sites are closed for the day. There is always something to fix or a supplier to call about a missing shipment. We keep things straightforward. We don’t promise things we can’t do. It’s just about building what needs to be built and making sure the workers get paid on time. We’ve been a part of this community for a while, and we like the quiet life here.
