PSVV Buildcon is based over in Singhani, near Korrah in the Mufasil area. Sundar Kumar, who is Ram Lal Mahto’s son, handles the day-to-day stuff here. We are in the 825303 area of Hazaribag. Our place is easy to find if you know the Singhani neighborhood. It’s a local construction company. We aren't some massive corporation from the city. We work on local buildings, mostly around Hazaribagh. Sometimes we have a few projects going at once, and other times it is just one big one that takes up all our time. The guys on the crew have been with us for a bit. We don't really do much marketing or anything like that. Most of our jobs come from people seeing our signs at work sites or knowing Sundar and his family. We use simple tools and try to get the materials from local suppliers whenever we can. It saves on transport. The office is just a place to keep the blueprints and talk to clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by sunlight, but we manage. Building things is what we know how to do. We don't make big promises, we just tell people what we can do and then we get started. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of how this part of Hazaribag is growing and we plan to stay here for many more years.
