It is usually pretty quiet in the mornings here on Chano Road in Harangunj, which is something we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. At Matrix Security Services, we don’t have a flashy storefront or a big neon sign. It’s just a plain office where a few of us sit and handle the daily schedules for the guards and the maintenance requests that come in from around the neighborhood. We started out doing this because we lived nearby and saw a need for someone reliable who wouldn’t just disappear when things got difficult. The office itself is a bit small, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, checking in with the staff we have out at different sites. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desks, especially at the end of the month, but we eventually get through it all. We don’t really do big advertising or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from someone else in Harangunj. It’s a lot of long hours and late-night calls, but that is just how the security business goes. We aren't trying to be some giant international corporation. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are handled properly and that our staff are doing their bit. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it right here.
