We started Jayanto Construction Private Limited out of our place in Saurabh Nagar. It’s right here in Hazaribagh, 825301. Most days are just about managing materials and making sure the guys are at the site on time. We don't have a big fancy office, just the spot in Sarley. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, but that is just how it goes with building stuff. We handle local projects. You might see our trucks moving around the neighborhood. It’s hard work, honestly. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get prices that make sense. My desk is usually covered in papers and some old tea cups. We just try to finish what we started. People around here know where to find us if there is a problem. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes we get extra help when the workload picks up. It’s not always pretty, there is a lot of dust and noise, but that’s the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. Just keeping things moving in Hazaribagh. We deal with concrete, bricks, and a lot of manual labor. If you pass by Saurabh Nagar, you'll see we are just regular people working. It’s been a long road to get the company where it is today. We just keep our heads down and work. There is always more to learn in this business.
