Jab We Meat is our little business located near Canary Hill. We are based at Dr. Shaw's place, which is right by the K.V.K. or the Krishi Vigyan Kendra. It is a nice part of the area because Canary Hill is quite pretty and it is a bit of a landmark. If you are looking for us, just head toward the hill and you will find the Kendra nearby. We deal with meat, as the name suggests. It is a simple setup. We do not have a fancy retail storefront with neon signs. We mostly focus on the processing and the back-end stuff. Being near the Krishi Vigyan Kendra is helpful because there is a lot of agricultural knowledge in this neighborhood. We have a small group of workers who handle the daily tasks. It is a practical environment. We don't have time for long meetings or corporate jargon. We just make sure the meat is handled right and delivered on time. Dr. Shaw's property gives us enough room to operate without being cramped. The road can be a bit quiet in the mornings, which we like. We just go about our business day by day. The name is a bit of a play on words, which people seem to remember. We are just a regular local LLP doing our work in a quiet corner near the hill. It is an honest living for everyone involved here.
