AYAN STEEL POINT CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been operating out of Shah Colony here in Patratu for a bit now. Our office is right at Qr. No. NG/265, which is pretty easy to find if you're around the PTPS area in Ramgarh district. It’s a small setup, mostly just us handling construction work and dealing with steel supplies when people need them. We started AYAN STEEL POINT CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED because there was a lot of building going on around Hazaribagh and we wanted to be part of it. It’s a one-person company officially, but we have a few hands helping out. Living and working in Jharkhand means we know the local weather and how it affects building materials. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we keep our tools and plan the next jobs. Most days you’ll find us out at a site or talking to folks about their home repairs. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but we get it done. We handle the paperwork and the actual physical labor ourselves. If you walk past Shah Colony, you’ve probably seen our sign. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with our neighbors. Construction can be messy, but we try to keep the sites as clean as we can. It’s just us trying to make a living and building things that last for the people around Patratu. Nothing too complicated about how we run things.
