Avk Construction Llp is situated on Gola Road in Ramgarh. Mansukh Lal Kotecha is the one who handles the main things here. Gola Road is always moving, so there is never a dull moment at the office. We are a small Limited Liability Partnership, which basically means it is just a few of us working together to get things built. We don't have a flashy office with glass walls or anything. It is more of a practical space where we can meet contractors and look at maps. Construction in Ramgarh can be tricky because of the terrain and getting materials delivered through the traffic on Gola Road is always a challenge. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build stuff. Sometimes it is a wall, sometimes it is a whole shop, or maybe just some repairs on an old building. We spend a lot of time on our phones trying to track down where the cement truck has gone. It is not always easy and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan. But we just keep at it until the job is done. People around here know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. It is just steady work for us.
