Vishwamati Engineering

We’ve been tucked away here in Village Hazaribagh, not too far from the Sadar area, for quite some time now. Vishwamati Engineering isn't a big, fancy place with glass windows or anything like that. It’s mostly just a workshop where we handle whatever engineering jobs come through the door. Some days it is very quiet and we are just cleaning up the floor or organizing tools, but other days it gets pretty loud with all the cutting and welding going on. People from around the village know where we are because of the sign near the main road. If you're coming from Sadar, you just have to look for the turnoff near the old trees. We mostly work with metal and parts that people bring in when something breaks or needs a custom fit. It gets a bit dusty inside, especially in the summer months when the wind picks up. There isn’t a big staff here, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines. We try to keep things simple. If a job is too big, we say so, and if it's something we can do by Tuesday, we try our best to have it sitting by the gate. The lighting isn't always the best in the back of the shop, but we have some portable lamps that help when the sun goes down early. It’s just a regular local business doing regular work for the people who live nearby.
