Our office is located in Hazaribagh, right on Subhash Margh. It’s actually at the place of the late Dr. Sharful Haque, which most locals in this part of Jharkhand know quite well. Working out of a house like this makes the whole atmosphere feel a bit different than a standard glass building. It’s more personal. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We’ve been set up here for some time, handling our operations and keeping track of all the different moving parts of the business. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too bad if the weather is nice. Hazaribagh has its own pace, and we try to match that. Inside, we have our desks and files spread out across the rooms. We don't have a big reception desk or a glossy lobby. Usually, if someone comes by, they just knock and we see who it is. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets or talking over the phone to people in other states. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is good for catching up on the backlog of work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a group of us working out of a residential area, making sure the company's affairs in this region are looked after properly. It’s a steady kind of life here for our little team.
