Our office is at Hotel Ambassador on Rajendra Path. We are very close to Bhattacharya More, which is one of the busiest spots in this area. If you know the hotel, you can find us pretty easily. It is a bit of a different setup being inside a hotel building, but it works for our business. There is always a lot of movement in the lobby and outside on the street. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people who come in from the nearby markets. The traffic at Bhattacharya More can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries done early. Our space is just a few rooms where we keep the paperwork and some samples. We don't have a big factory here; it is more for managing the distribution. Sometimes we grab lunch at the hotel restaurant if we are too busy to go out. The air conditioning is nice during the summer months, which is a relief from the heat on Rajendra Path. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from answering emails to checking the stock counts. It is a professional place but we keep things relaxed between us. We have been here for a while and the hotel staff are used to seeing us around. It is just our base for doing business in this part of the city.
