At Sreenidhi Readymix Concrete, we are always watching the clock. Concrete doesn't wait for anyone once it’s mixed. We are based out of Sy No 78 and 79 in Marripally, over in the Hayathangar area. Our trucks are constantly moving in and out of the yard. It can get pretty loud when the mixers are all running at once. We spend a lot of time checking the mix to make sure it’s right for whatever job is on the schedule that day. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are waiting on those trucks to show up on time. If we’re late, the whole construction site gets slowed down. We have a decent crew that understands the pressure. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. Our office is just a simple place where we track the deliveries and talk to the drivers. Most of the time, the air is thick with the smell of wet stone and sand. We like it that way. Hayathangar has grown a lot lately, so there’s always a new project starting up nearby. We just try to keep our equipment in good shape so nothing breaks down in the middle of a pour. That’s the worst thing that can happen in this line of work. It’s a honest way to make a living and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now. We don't need any fancy slogans. The trucks say it all.
