The facility we have is mainly used for handling the technical aspects of our crop care work. It is more of a practical, working building than a typical office you might see in a business district. We spend our time looking at formulations and discussing technical details with people who work the land. The building is simple and we have made it our own over the years we have been here. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, if you walk in, you will find one of us in the back or sitting at a desk that is likely covered in notes and papers. Bandlaguda is growing quickly, but it still feels more open and less crowded than other parts of the region. We have a few neighbors doing similar types of technical work, so there is a good sense of community. It is a solid environment for the kind of work we do. We are not much for corporate talk; we just focus on the products we are developing. Sometimes the internet can be a little slow out here, but we always manage to get everything done.
