Aiba - Tex

Aiba - Tex is tucked away in Shivaji Nagar 2nd Cross. It is a busy little place to work. If you come by you will see that we don't have much time for sitting around. The textile business is always moving. We have to move with it. We handle a lot of different fabrics. Our shelves are usually overflowing with samples and rolls that need to be sent out to various shops. The 2nd Cross can be a bit tight for vehicles. We spend a good chunk of our time helping the loaders navigate the street. It is a neighborhood where everyone is doing something. The sound of trade is everywhere. Our team is small. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate office. We are all out on the floor together most of the time. Sometimes we make mistakes with the labeling but we catch them before anything goes out. It is just human to miss something now and then when you are busy. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do for the day. That is enough for us to keep the business going and keep things moving without any extra fluff or corporate talk. It is just honest work in a busy part of the city. We like it.
