Peter England Showroom

The Peter England Showroom here in Bhatkal is located right on the Main Road. We are situated on the floor above Sagar Fast Food, so you have to walk up the stairs to see us. Being above a food place means it always smells like snacks around the entrance. The shop has the usual shirts and trousers you would expect. We spend a lot of time folding clothes and putting them back on the racks after customers try them on. It's a decent sized space and the big windows look out onto the busy street below. Bhatkal Main Road is always full of energy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We have a few staff members who help people find their sizes. It's not a complicated job, but it keeps us busy during the wedding season or when holidays come around. The lighting inside is bright so people can see the colors clearly. We don't really have a big backroom, so most of what we have is out on the floor. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb for older folks, but most people don't mind. We've been at this location for a while and the locals know the spot. It’s just a regular clothing store where you can pick up some work clothes or something for a party. We try to keep the place tidy but it gets messy when we get new boxes in. That happens more often than you would think.
