You can find our office at the L B Madlur Complex in the Hosanagar area of Ranebennur. We are located at number 1958 on Manvi Road. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a simple setup inside the complex. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with paper. Working in the chit fund business means we have to be very careful with our records, so we spend a lot of time writing things down and checking them twice. We aren't a big corporation with lots of branches; we are just here in Haveri district. The people who come to us are usually our neighbors or people who run the shops nearby. We like the fact that we can talk to everyone like normal people without having to follow a corporate script. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up on Manvi Road, but we’re used to it by now. We open up early and stay until the work is done. There isn't anything fancy about how we operate. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and make sure every chit is accounted for. It’s a practical way to run things, and it seems to work for everyone involved in our groups. We are just a small team of locals doing our best to keep things organized and running smoothly.
