Our pellet plant office is situated in Karwar, Karnataka, specifically in the Teachers Colony area. We are located at Datta Smriti 2864/6, which is right near the New High School in Nandangadha, Baad. It is a pretty quiet spot for a steel company office, mostly because it is surrounded by homes and the school. You can often hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing throughout the day. Karwar is a beautiful coastal town, so the air usually has a bit of salt in it and the weather stays fairly warm and humid. We handle the local plant operations and administrative tasks from this building. It is not a huge facility, just a solid, functional space where the team gathers to look over reports and manage the daily pellet production schedules. Being in Teachers Colony gives the place a very local, settled feel. We are not some anonymous company tucked away in a faraway industrial zone; we are right here where people live. Most of the people working here know the neighbors, and we tend to keep things simple and direct. There is no corporate polish to our daily routine. We focus on making sure the plant runs smoothly and that the paperwork is in order. It is a steady kind of life, working near the coast and keeping the industrial side of things moving while living in a normal neighborhood.
