Shiroli MIDC is a big area, and we are tucked away at Plot No. G 29. It’s a solid place to be if you’re doing the kind of work we do. The roads around here are always full of activity, with people heading to their shifts and lorries carrying supplies. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical industrial setup that works for us. We start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get a head start on the day’s tasks. The air in the MIDC has that specific metallic scent you only find in places like this. Inside our plot, things are arranged in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We have a small crew, mostly local folks who know the routine inside out. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between different sections of the floor. When the monsoon hits, the noise of the rain on the tin roof makes it hard to hear anything else, but we keep going regardless. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room; if you come by, you’ll likely find us right there in the middle of things. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the task at hand. We've been here long enough that the walls have a bit of grime on them, but that's just a sign of work being done.
