Dwarka Industries

If you come down Old Budhgaon Road, you can usually tell you’re close to us by the smell of the sugar factory. It’s a very distinct scent that fills the whole of Ward No.1 on some days. Dwarka Industries is located in Vikas Nagar, which is a bit of an older part of the area. We have our setup here where we handle industrial work. The road outside can get quite dusty with the trucks going back and forth, but that’s expected for this neighborhood. We have a lot of heavy equipment and materials sitting around the yard. It’s a practical space, built for work rather than looking good. Most of the people working here have been around for years and know the routine. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. Vikas Nagar is a busy place during the day, with plenty of other small units operating nearby. You won't find anything fancy here, just a lot of metal, tools, and hard work. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves its purpose for what we do. Sometimes we have to clear the path for deliveries coming in. It's mostly just day-to-day work with the machines. We don't spend much time in the office; most of the action happens on the floor where the machines are. It’s just how things are on this side of town.
