Vipin Dall & Flour Mill

Our place is right near the Naveen Mandi Yard in the Industrial Area. If you come by during the day, you will probably hear the grinders going before you even see the building. It is a busy spot with trucks coming and going from the yard all the time. We have been working with dall and flour here for quite a while now. It is not the cleanest job in the world because there is always a bit of dust in the air from the grain, but we don't mind it much. My family has been around this area for years, and we know the rhythms of the mandi well. We spend most of our time inside the mill, making sure the machines are running and the bags are filled up properly. Sometimes the equipment gets stubborn and we have to spend a few hours fixing a belt or cleaning out a jam. We usually take our breaks outside when the sun isn't too hot, just watching the traffic move toward the yard. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices; it is just a plain workspace with lots of sacks and heavy machinery. People from the nearby businesses often drop in for a quick chat. It is a simple life and it keeps us busy from early morning until it is time to lock up. We just focus on the work at hand and getting the milling done.
