It’s a family-run kind of setup, with Laxman Singh and the rest of us making sure everything stays cold. Being in a rural area like Nagla Anta means we are right in the middle of the farming action. We mostly store potatoes and other crops that local growers bring in. The building is a sturdy structure that has seen a lot of seasons. We don't have a marketing team or any shiny brochures. We just talk to the farmers when they arrive with their tractor-trolleys. It’s a straightforward operation: we provide the space and the cooling, and they bring their crops to us. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we’ve learned how to keep the machines running through almost anything. The address might seem a bit tucked away if you aren't from around Hathras, but everyone local knows where Nagla Anta is. We’ve been here for years, just doing the same work day in and day out. It’s about being there for the people who use our storage. There isn't much to say beyond that. We keep it cold, we keep it organized, and we stay busy when the harvest hits. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't need any fancy titles or corporate offices to do what we do. It works for us and the farmers.
