Shikarpuriya Realty Private Limited is located in Moh. Motherpura, which is in the Shikarpur area of Bulandshahar. It’s a traditional kind of neighborhood, and our office fits right in with the rest of the buildings on the street. We started this because we saw a lot of people in Shikarpur struggling to figure out property papers and finding decent places to stay or build. We don't have a big team or fancy titles. Most of the time, it's just a couple of us sitting at the desks, handling whatever walk-ins we get. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend more time out looking at sites than sitting inside anyway. We know the history of a lot of the land around here, which helps when someone is asking questions. It’s a very local operation. We don't do much on the internet because most of our business comes from people just stopping by Motherpura. We try to be helpful without all the corporate talk. If someone needs to find a small plot or a house, we check our books and see what we’ve got listed. It’s not always fast, as some days are slower than others, but we stay at it. We like being part of the town and seeing how things grow year after year. It’s honest work for us.
