Rituji Snacks Private Limited

The house on Jalesar Road is where everything happens for Rituji Snacks. It is listed as H. No.1, so it is quite easy for people to find us once they get onto the main road. We started this because we knew how much people around here enjoy a good crunch with their tea. Our workspace is mostly filled with the smell of spices and the sound of packaging. It is not a silent place by any means. We have a small team, mostly people from the neighborhood who needed a job. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our sales come from people just knowing who we are and where we work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to keep the snacks as crisp as they should be, so we have to be careful with the storage. We spend a lot of time testing out different mixes to see what tastes right for our own families first. My cousin helps with the deliveries using his old scooter. It’s a bit of a struggle when the rain starts and the road gets muddy. But we keep going because the orders keep coming in. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to make some decent snacks for the local families. It keeps the kitchen busy and the bills paid. That's the main thing for us.
