Maa Revati Developers Private Limited is basically run out of Village Bichhiya. You have to head towards Post Tuksan in Hathras to find us. We are set up at Manoj Sharma's place, which is where all the planning and talking happens. Being in a village means things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities. We know everyone around here, and everyone knows us. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls. It is more about sitting on the porch or in the front room discussing where the next boundary wall should go. Hathras is a place where a man's word still matters a lot. We deal with land and developing small plots, mostly for people we have known for years. The dust from the roads usually finds its way into the office, but that is just part of living in Bichhiya. Manoj keeps the files in order, though sometimes they get mixed up with the personal mail. We spend a lot of time walking the fields and checking the soil before any work starts. It is quiet out here, which is nice for thinking. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs help with a project, they usually just walk over or send a message through someone else. It is a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
