Lapharrell India Private Limited is a small operation we started because we wanted to do something for ourselves in our hometown. The building we are in is quite simple. We have a few rooms where we keep our computers and all our files. It is not a fancy tech office. It is more of a practical space where we can focus. Bulandshahr is a quiet place for the most part, and we like the pace of things here. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and notes pinned up. We do all the work ourselves, from answering the calls to packing the boxes when needed. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and it drives us crazy, but we manage. We aren't trying to sound like a multi-national firm. We are just a local business trying to make a living. Most of our days are spent dealing with small problems and making sure the work gets done. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the office feels too small. We know the shopkeepers on the main road and often get our snacks from them. It is just a regular life and a regular business. We focus on the day-to-day tasks and try not to overcomplicate things.
