Kendall Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is tucked inside the Prabhat Dall Mill Compound over near Shanti Kunj. Finding us the first time can be a little tricky because you have to navigate through the Mursan Gate area, which is always bustling with people and old buildings. Our office and warehouse are in an old compound, so it’s got a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint here and there. We spend our days surrounded by healthcare products and shipping boxes. It’s not a shiny corporate park; it’s a real working space where we pack orders and talk to suppliers on the phone. The noise from the other businesses in the compound is just part of the background here. We have a small team, and we usually eat our lunch together in the little break area. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting through the narrow gates, which leads to some shouting and a lot of waving hands, but it’s just part of the daily routine. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know our products and we know where they need to go. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of town because it feels alive and connected to the history of the neighborhood. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work every single day.
