Forshield Buildcon Private Limited

Our office is over at Prem Nagar on D M Road in Bulandshahr. It is located C/O Indra Goyal, which is basically a residential spot we’ve used for Forshield Buildcon Private Limited for a few years now. The traffic on D M Road is usually a disaster, so I try to get in early before the noise starts. We have a small team, just a couple of guys who know how to handle the local labor and a girl who helps me with the computer stuff. The office has a bit of a damp smell in the winter, but we’ve got a heater that works most of the time. Bulandshahr is a busy place, and there’s always someone looking to add a floor to their house or fix a leaky roof. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room with some plastic chairs and a lot of maps pinned up. We spend a lot of our day on the phone with suppliers in the market. Sometimes the cement is late, or the bricks aren't the right color, and we have to go down there and sort it out ourselves. We don't believe in fancy advertisements because people around here just talk to each other. If we do a decent job, someone else will hear about it eventually. That’s how we’ve kept going.
