Our place is on Gaushala Road in Hathras. We make different kinds of snacks. You can usually tell where we are because of the smell of the food being cooked. It is a busy street with people walking by all the time. We aren't a big factory with robots. We are just a group of people using pans and stoves to get things done. Most of the work is done by hand, from mixing the ingredients to sealing the bags. It is a lot of standing and moving around. We don't have a polished office or a reception area. You just walk in and see us working. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders to finish, but we manage. We use simple recipes that have been around for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest snack company in India. We just want to make stuff that people in Hathras like to eat. The floor is usually covered in a bit of flour or spice, but we clean it up at the end of every day. It is a real, honest business. We have been on Gaushala Road for a while now and we know the shopkeepers nearby. We just do our work and hope for the best. It is a lot of manual labor but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
