Raman Building Material

Raman Building Material is located right in the Post War Colony. We are very close to the Government Girls College, which is the main landmark around here. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of activity on the street. We’ve been in this spot for a while, providing various materials for building and repairs. We don't just stick to stone; we have all kinds of things stacked up in the yard. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but there is a system to where we put the sand, the bricks, and the stone. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we are usually tired by the time we close up. We don't have any corporate training or fancy sales tactics. We just talk to people like normal and show them what we’ve got in stock. Most of our customers are locals from the colony who are doing small projects at home. We get the occasional big order, which means a lot of trucks coming through the narrow streets. That can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we manage. We don't have a big office staff. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the right stuff gets onto the right truck. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here near the college.
