Our office is located in Mira Mathapara, specifically in the area known as Gragepaaty. We run everything from Murshid Hassan Mondal’s place. It is a very local neighborhood, and most people who live around here know exactly where it is. UTKARSH RURAL GRAMIN NIDHI LIMITED is just a simple way for us to help the local people in the village manage their small bits of savings. Our setup is as basic as it gets. We do not have any big neon signs or a bunch of employees in uniforms. Usually, it is just one or two of us sitting at a table with the record books. Since this is a rural area, we see a lot of people who work on the farms or have small home businesses. It is a quiet place to work, far away from the noise you find in the bigger towns. We spend the mornings going over the collections and the afternoons making sure the registers are all correct. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours, so we just move our chairs near the window and work by the natural light. It is not a formal or corporate environment at all. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their crops or their families while they do their business. It is just the way we do things here in Mathapara. We have everything we need to keep the accounts moving and stay busy.
