Spring Ice Cream

In the town of Sakleshpur, specifically in the Ballpet area on B.M. Road, you’ll find Spring Ice Cream. It’s a beautiful part of the country with all the greenery, but it gets quite humid, which makes people look for something cold. Our shop is right there on the main B.M. Road, so we get a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. It’s not a huge establishment. It’s a simple room with some chest freezers and a small counter where we serve the locals. We don't use any fancy light fixtures or have a big staff in uniforms. It’s usually just one or two of us keeping an eye on the stock and serving whoever walks in from the street. The noise of the traffic on B.M. Road is always there in the background, but Ballpet has its own quiet moments too. We spend time making sure the freezers stay at the right temperature because the power can be a bit unreliable in this part of the Taluk. It’s a humble little place. We don't have a grand mission or a list of corporate goals. We just want to make sure the ice cream is frozen and the shop is open when people are looking for a treat. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains, which happens a lot in Sakleshpur, so we’re often mopping up. It’s a small, local business run by real people who just like to keep things simple.
